    Great Canadian Ketchup Cake, From the Heinz website rumored to be quite good – haven’t had the guts to try quite yet!, Don’t let the name scare you off The cake is moist and yummy and is basically a spice cake There is hardly any ketchup in it and the red comes from the quantity of food coloring t’s beautiful for Christmas or Valentine’s day, anytime you need a bright vivid red dessert One word of caution, the cake tends to be very flat no matter how careful you are with the batter

    Combine and Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Baking Soda, Nutmeg and Ginger - Set Aside.

    Combine and Mix Ketchup, Water, and Food Coloring; Set Aside.

    in a Separate Large Bowl Beat Butter and Brown Sugar, Then Add Eggs.

    Now Add in Dry Ingredients and Ketchup Mixture and Beat on Low Until Incorporated.

    Then Up Speed to Med-High For 1 Minute.

    Pour Evenly Into Both Pans.
