Delish! I've been using a recipe that calls for 2 eggs & no butter. ...3 eggs & a little butter in this recipe make a very fine addition. Three things I did a little different for this recipe - 1) whip eggs, milk & melted butter 'til they're frothy - then add flour & salt; 2) only used 1 T butter (worked fine); and 3) skip the pre-heat the oven part. I turn on the oven to 450 for 30 min & put the popovers into the cold oven. 30 minutes time worked perfectly. ...Thanks for a great recipe :)
