Ham and Sweet Potato Puffs Recipe: A Perfect Appetizer

Features:
    Cuisine:

I am not going to rate this b/c I added an ingredient. I wanted to leave a comment or two though. I added some brown sugar b/c we like sweet potatoes with it. The flavor of these was great. Delicious. However, they did not stay together very well. I had a heck of a time trying to flip them. They just mushed all apart. I don't know if it was the brown sugar or something else, but they just didn't hold their shape for me. I even tried baking them instead of frying them to see if that would help. It didn't. I would make these again b/c they were yummy but I would not try to fry them. I would probably make it into a casserole instead. If you can figure out what my problem with this was, please let me know. They are very tasty. :-)
