Healthy Grilled Herbed Fish

Features:
    Cuisine:

I'm not confident cooking fish, but this recipe is not only easy to follow, but incredibly delicious. It tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant. I've made it with halibut, sea bass, tilapia, cod, turbot and a few other types of fish. I like it best with white fish vs. something oily and heavier like salmon. Thanks so much for submitting this dish. It's been in my regular rotation for several years now and I can't believe I haven't reviewed until now.

Healthy Grilled Herbed Fish, A little dish I created a couple of years back. Extremely healthy. The fish turns out really moist, and the juice is out of this world. I usually add a little more garlic, but I am CRAZY about garlic. Has become such a staple with my family that it is requested for at least once a month. Don’t worry about adding any salt, I personally feel that it isn’t needed. The herbs and juices mixed together makes it all natural and tasty enough. But if you feel some salt is lacking, just sprinkle a little before digging in. ENJOY!, I’m not confident cooking fish, but this recipe is not only easy to follow, but incredibly delicious. We will make these again. I couldn’t find ginger juice and my local market was out of fresh ginger (Oh no!). Unfortunately I had to resort to dry ground ginger, but the next time we make these will be when the store has fresh ginger!
