2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 cup chopped cooked ham

3/4 cup parmesan seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

    Heavenly Potatoes and Ham, This family favourite is very filling and delicious, This is a family favorite. use russet potatoes, and I don’t do the bread crumbs and melted butter on top. I always have a ham steak on hand, so is easy to whip up., This was pretty good. Nice, easy way to use leftover ham. I got it down to 8 WW PPVs/serving with the following changes:6 servings instead of 4 which was PLENTY, L/F Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, no bread crumb/melted butter topping.

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Lightly Grease a 13x9 Baking Dish.

    Place Potatoes in Pot of Water and Bring to Boil.

    Boil Until Slightly Tender About 12 Minutes.

    Drain and Transfer to Large Bowl.

    Mix Sour Cream Butter Soup Cheddar Cheese Green Onions Ham Salt and Pepper With Potatoes.
