    Homemade Shake and Bake, I have not tried this recipe but have posted at the request of a Zaar member., can you use boneless and skinless breast. How long would you cook them?, Made this tonight and it was excellent. Ive been looking for a good seasoning for baked chicken for awhile, and this was just what I wanted. Its not overkill of anything, yet its very flavorful. I have enough of the mix in the freezer for another 8 pieces of chicken, and I only made half of the recipe :

    Combine Dry Ingredients in a Mixing Bowl; Mix Well.

    Add Oil.

    Place in Zipper-Top Plastic Bag and Store in Freezer.
