Honey-Walnut Prawns

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is such a great recipe... so simple yet so tasty. As good or better than what we order at the restaurant. And the sauce is perfect with just the 3 ingredients. (I candied the nuts the way I usually do - melt sugar in a pan, add nuts, stir until coated then turn out onto a piece of buttered foil.) Thank you for sharing! Note: I just noticed that I made it a little differently. (Not on purpose, just in a rush.) I didnt add lemon to the sauce and I didnt toss the prawns in the sauce. I added the honey to the sauce and drizzled it over the prawns, then topped it all with the candied nuts and served it with steamed rice.

Honey-Walnut Prawns,Crunchy sweet walnuts with crispy prawns–a wonderful combination. Fantastic! Used Pecans in place of the Walnuts and made this even richer. Worth repeating.
