    Hot Milk Cake,An old fashioned cake, that’s been around for years. So easy and so good.,Can this cake be frozen?,I love this cake, i make it once a week. My husband, kids, and friends all love it. I made some changes to suit my taste. The first thing, i add lemon juice to egg and sugar to avoid egginess. Second, i only do 1 cup and half of sugar. And last, i add chocolate chips after i put the batter in the baking pan. Just on top so it doesn’t sink to the bottom of the cake. I always use half of the batter for cupcakes and the rest in a cake pan. Thank you so much for the recipe

    Preheat Oven to 350f.

    Beat Eggs on High Until Thick, (5 Minutes).

    Gradually Add Sugar and Beat Until Light and Fluffy.

    Pour Into a Well-Greased 13x9 Pan.
