Easy to make and, I think, it could be made up ahead a few hours and baked just before company came. I added more oregano, basil as well as red pepper flakes. I think mushrooms would be tasty too.

Italian Chicken Casserole, This is a recipe for a creamy baked chicken spaghetti recipe. I enjoy this recipe because it doesn’t contain any “cream of” soups and it’s very simple to make. The creamy red sauce is just delicious, I think. This recipe is from Paula Deen., Easy to make and, I think, it could be made up ahead a few hours and baked just before company came. I added more oregano, basil as well as red pepper flakes. I think mushrooms would be tasty too., My family loved this casserole. I accidentally used around 9-1/2 oz of pasta, but there was plenty of sauce for it all. It was perfectly seasoned w/o adding any extra salt or pepper. It was a little difficult to get out of the pan, but the longer it sat after baking the easier it got. I would definitely encourage anyone to make this casserole for their family. I will probably add this dish to my monthly rotation. Thanks for the recipe submission.
