1 teaspoon sichuan chili bean paste (doubanjiang-chinese spicy miso)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce

    in a Saucepan, Add Vegetable Oil, Garlic and Doubanjiang and Heat For One Minute. Add Ground Meat and Soy Sauce. Stir-Fry For 3 Minutes or Until Meat Is Cooked.

    Cut Tofu Into Bite-Sized Pieces and Serve on a Plate. Cover With the Cooked Meat and Then Add the Dressing. Serve With Sliced Cucumber on Side.
