1 tablespoon sugar
cracked black pepper, to taste

    Wow! I'm not sure that 5 stars is enough! Great flavor combinations that really enhanced the peaches. It surprised us just how good it was! It was my favorite part of our peach themed meal--the balsamic peach grilled chicken was pretty good too, but paled in comparison to the salad! Thanks!

    Just Peachy Spinach Salad, Sweet peaches, crunchy nuts, and tangy vinaigrette After being on a strawberry spinach salad kick lately, I thought it would be fun to vary the ingredients a little and this is what resulted Hope you like it as much as I did :), Wow! I’m not sure that 5 stars is enough! Great flavor combinations that really enhanced the peaches It surprised us just how good it was! It was my favorite part of our peach themed meal–the balsamic peach grilled chicken was pretty good too, but paled in comparison to the salad! Thanks!, I liked the interesting ingredients, but the balsamic vinegar was too much for my liking (perhaps if you are more of a balsamic lover??) Sorry, but it was an interesting change of pace

    Make the Vinaigrette: Using a Whisk, Combine Mustard, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic and Sugar in a Small Bowl, and Set Aside.
