Adjust Servings:
1/3 cup butter no subs!
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic or to taste
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or to taste
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice can reduce to 1/3 cup for a less lemony flavor
salt to taste, use seasoned salt
black pepper lots!
2 lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    This was terrific! I cut the recipe in half but only used 12 ounces of shrimp, that was plenty for two of us. used 6 ounces of pasta but could've cut that to 4 or 5 ounces. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks, Kittencal. UDPDATE: made this again using Royal Red Shrimp and it was wonderful. This dish is so easy and so very tasty.

    Melt Butter in a Large Skillet Over Medium Heat.

    Add in Green Onions, Garlic, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice and Chili Flakes; Cook For About 2 Minutes, Stirring Constantly.

    Reduce the Heat to Medium and Add in the Shrimp; Cook Stirring For About 5 Minutes or Until the Shrimp Turns Pink.
