Korean Hamburgers

    I add some ginger or Chinese 5 Spice, a bit 1 Tblsp of ketchup, use brown sugar and reduce the soy sauce to 3 Tablespoons. Other options are crushed red pepper or some hot sauce, I like my homemade chipotle hot sauce.

    Korean Hamburgers, Yes, it is one TABLESPOON of minced garlic! These are absolutely wonderful. Serve on a bun with teriyaki sauce….. ————– If freezing in advance, you might want to lessen the garlic just a little as the flavor intensifies. Unless you’re like me and LOVE the taste!, I add some ginger or Chinese 5 Spice, a bit 1 Tblsp of ketchup, use brown sugar and reduce the soy sauce to 3 Tablespoons. Other options are crushed red pepper or some hot sauce, I like my homemade chipotle hot sauce., These are my go to hamburger recipe. Sometimes I add some bread crumbs or siracha to the patty recipe but otherwise I keep it the same. I cook these in a skillst and they always comee out nice a juicy.
