    I had a little less than 2 cups of rice. Adjusted quantities and hoped for the best. It turned out that there were some small bits of broccoli in my leftover rice. Good thing the kids aren't around any more! Made a fine dessert.

    Heat Over Medium-High and Stir Often Until Milk and Rice Thicken, About 20 Minutes or So.
