1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
