    My Egg Filled French Toast, It was my friend’s birthday and her mum was making us this in the morning for breakfast I loved it and asked her how she made it and she told me how simple it was , We make this regularly Our name for it is Egyption Eye , We have made this one for years The kids love it We used to serve it with syrup and grape jelly Sounds weird, but tastes great Thanks Pixie

    Cut a Medium Size Hole in Bread.

    Put Half the Butter in Frypan and Put Both Pieces of Bread in and Fry.

    Once Browned, Turn Both Over and Crack Egg Into the Hole.

    Once Egg Is Cooked, Flip One Last Time For 15-30 Seconds.

    Serve.
