My Very Best Alfredo

Looked pretty good until I got to the "pasta and garlic bread". Maybe it would be good as a cream sauce over some baked chicken or pork & cauliflour.

My Very Best Alfredo, EASY, RICH AND YUMMY! I am always disappointed when I order anything Alfredo at a restaurant. used to work at a restaurant called Bay Street long ago and they made the best and this is based on it. Do what ever you want with it. I usually add mushrooms, peas, prosciutto and toss it with tortellini. You can use any pasta you like and add chicken or shrimp and whatever veggies you like. Whatever you do it will be wonderful and so very easy, your guests will be impressed., Looked pretty good until I got to the “pasta and garlic bread”. Maybe it would be good as a cream sauce over some baked chicken or pork & cauliflour., I’ve made something similar, but with less calories. Replaced the heavy cream with low far yogurt and 1% milk. I didn’t bother with butter or any grease, just poured the milk and yogurt into a cast iron frying pan at medium heat added the parm and then stirred constantly then added the garlic and salt and pepper to taste continuing to stir. I also added a little hot sauce because we like the bite. Served with chicken or shrimp or both – whatever is on hand.
