Oooey Gooey Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding, A reasonably low fat way to get that chocolate fix on a cold winter’s night (especially if you serve with a low fat ice cream) , Easy to make & done with all pantry ingredients, went well as a dessert with our home made soup, comfort food mmmmm!, I’m sorry but this just didn’t turn out for me I’m not quite sure what went wrong – followed it exactly The pudding/cake look nothing like the ones in the pictures, it was a flat, dense sheet and the whole thing was a bit watery still The chocolate taste was definitely there though and it looked beautiful! I’m gonna try this one again, I just know it has promise!
