Our Secret Sirloin Steak

Features:
    Cuisine:

Amazing flavor. I unpacked the steaks, placed them in a bag with the marinade, and let them sit on the cool counter for 2 hours. Started them on the grill on high high heat to develop a nice crust and then moved them to the top rack to finish cooking. They were perfection.
