    Put the Butter, Cheese and Flour Into a Food Processor. Pulse Until the Dough Is Grainy, Then Add the Water One Spoonful at a Time Until the Dough Forms a Ball. Refrigerate For 90 Minutes.

    Preheat the Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Roll the Dough Out Onto a Floured Surface. Cut Out Cracker Shapes Using a Pastry Cutter (no Bigger Than 2"x2") Then Place on a Parchment Sheet Lined Baking Pan.

    Bake in the Oven For 15 Minutes, Checking After 10 Minutes That the Crackers Are not Too Brown.
