I have made these several times and they disappear!! I am always asked for the recipe. They are simple to prepare and can be served in any party setting be it elegant or casual. used regular mayo. as I do not like the light variety. I have used turkey pepp. as well; and it tastes the same and saves me some cals.:)

Pepperoni Puffs, These are great for an appetizer for your next party, BBQ or SuperBowl event They get devoured at my house I usually double the recipe and buy two boxes of melba rounds I hope you enjoy:), I have made these several times and they disappear!! Mix the Mushrooms, Onions and Mayo Together. Spread on Melba Rounds. Put a Pepperoni on Top of Each Melba Round. Broil For 3-4 Minutes. Place Black Olive on Top Right Before You Serve.
