    Persimmon Pudding,I never liked persimmon pudding until I tried this. This was my father-in-law’s recipe. He was a good cook! Enjoy!,If I have 2 cups of pulp do I double my ingredients of everything else on a 1 cup pulp recipe?,used 1/2 cup coconut sugar, oat flour, and added a pinch of salt and ground cloves. I also sprinkled pecans and a little coconut sugar on top. It was delicious!
