Pork And Tofu Stir Fry

Features:
    Cuisine:

used ground pork because that's all i had handy. After i browned the meat i put it through a collander and rinsed the pork to reduce the fat .I also added some brown sugar to sweeten the sauce for my 4 picky eaters. They gobbled it all up.It was as good as mofu tofu served in my favorite Asian resturant.A nice easy recipe to follow too. Thanks so much Grace, mrssoupie
