Not sure what happened...all of the rave reviews, but mine turned out like cornbead. Maybe because I used 4 small loaf trays vs. 2 larger loaf pans, and therefore, the cake overcooked??? It looked fine on the outside, but once cut, it tasted like sweet, but dry cornbread. I added icing and will be taking to work to give the hungry employees a treat since they could care less how something tastes. Back to the drawing board because I will NOT be using this recipe again!

Simple to make You’ll be proud to serve it I wouldn’t recommend it if your on a diet 🙂 Later note- it has been decided that without this cake we will not celerate the the of July
