Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins (Like Starbucks), These delicious muffins are very close to the kind you can get at Starbucks If you want to cut back on the fat, substitute some or all of the oil with natural unsweetened applesauce , Does anyone have the muffin recipe i can only see the part for the cream cheese, SO GOOD!! im 18 and i love to bake and i thought this recipe would be difficult for me but its actually super easy and simple i followed the directions except used 30oz of pumpkin pure, and used roasted pumpkin seeds on top, and instead of rolling the cream cheese and freezing it, i put it in a piping bag and piped some into the muffin batter and a small dollop on top while it baked most of the came out and spread on top which in the end left a cream cheese top on the muffins and they look like they came from a bakery! i love the way they turned out super moist and not overwhelmingly sweet 🙂
