Quick Hoisin Chicken Stir-Fry

Features:
    Cuisine:

Wow! Easy & delicious! Who would ever know it went together so fast and easy? I made it just as written (with the exception that I threw in some sliced mushrooms with the vegetables because they were in the refrigerator and needed to be used). Wonderful recipe. Will make again and definitely recommend. Thanks.
