    I love veggie dishes and this was no exception! I sub broccoli for the peas and added some slivered onion to the mix but otherwise followed the instructions. Definately a keeper and one to make again and again...it is soooo easy. Thank you for submitting. Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011.

    Quick Mixed Vegetable Medley, Fast and tasty This is really easy to make on those rushed days The recipe comes from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies , I love veggie dishes and this was no exception! I sub broccoli for the peas and added some slivered onion to the mix but otherwise followed the instructions Definately a keeper and one to make again and again it is soooo easy Thank you for submitting Made for Fall Pick-A-Chef 2011 , Loved the veggie combo in this recipe & it was so easy to prepare! As with at least one other reviewer, I did my usual substituting of lemon pepper for the SP, but other than that Thanks for sharing the recipe!
