Directions
10-Minute Baked Halibut With Garlic-Butter Sauce, Diane Phillips, I’ve made this twice and this halibut recipe was delicious but my thermometer never read 165 degrees. I put it back in the oven until approx. 15 min. but the thermometer never reached 165. Tried this with two different thermometers. Anyone else have this issue? I read that FDA says 145 degrees is good for fish; other sites say 125 degrees. Any opinions?, Made the recipe exactly as written. This is the best and most easy fish recipe I’ve ever made. Absolutely delicious!
