100% Whole Wheat Wholesome Muffin Mix,100% whole wheat, oats, low sugar, low fat wholesome goodness.,THis is the best muffin recipe. I look in my pantry and fridge and use what I have to create that day’s muffin. I too have found that 20-25 minutes works better with my oven depending on what use in the wet mix. I tried the peanut butter and it makes a heavey muffin/ giant soft cookie. Dad really liked those. The favourite for the kids is anything with chocolate chips. I find that a half cup is enough. A full cup of chips can be too much (especially when you have four small faces to clean). I look forward to trying other variations that I can come up with!
