    2 Ingredients (Eggs & Banana) Pancakes, I saw this in in a yahoo health list today , Can you use frozen bananas?, My sister gave me this idea and I decided to try it today It is quick and easy and the result is very good I added some uncooked oatmeal to the banana and egg mixture and let it sit for a few minutes before proceeding to cook the small pancakes used ONE egg and ONE medium banana
