2 Minute Microwave Fudge,All I have to say, is that I’m obsessed with this recipe… I’ve never tasted better fudge! It’s so good… although it’s VERY sweet and VERY rich! Prep time includes chill time.,Can use normal sugar instead of icing sugar?,Under no circumstances should you stir the dry ingredients between the time you SIFT them into the microwavable bowl and the time the butter is melted! If you end up with chocolate concrete this is likely why. Ask me how I know. If your result is too wet you either added too much butter or too much milk.
