Enjoy!, Someone served this dip at a party and I liked it so much that I asked for the name & recipe and then found it listed here You will enjoy the flavors , Super tasty I cut the recipe in half, because it is just the two of us Instead of doing 1-1/2 of the cream cheese I just did 2 Wondering if the 3 cream cheese:2 Rotels would be to liquidy? Will have to try the full recipe sometime in the future and report back Flavor was great, just the way I made it used original diced rotel, medium spice sausage and reduced fat cream cheese Very simple to put together We ate it with tortilla chips, but a friend used fried pork rinds to dip because she eats low carb and she loved it Made for PAC Fall 2011
