    Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.

    Smash Beans in a Bowl Until Mushy but Firm and not Soupy, Adding a Little Water If Necessary.

    Spray the Bottom and Sides of a 128 Casserole Dish With Non Stick Cooking Spray and Spoon the Mashed Beans Along the Bottom of the Pan to Form a crust About 1/4 Inch Thick.

    Cut Turkey Sausage Into Small Pieces/Crumbles and Layer It Over the Beans, Spreading Evenly.

    Drain the Spinach of Excess Water in a Strainer. in a Mixing Bowl, Stir Spinach Into Eggs to Distribute Evenly.

    Add Spices to Taste. (you Could Also Add Other Vegetables Such as Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms.).

    Pour Egg Mixture Over the Beans and Meat Evenly, Leaving at Least 1/4 Inch to the Top of the Dish For It to Rise.

    Bake For 45 Minutes. Depending on Size and Depth of Dish, May Need Additional Time Until Middle Is Done. Divide Into 4 Servings and Reheat For Breakfast.
