Recipe source: Bon Appetit (September, 1983),I changed a couple of things – I reduced the oats to 1/2 cup and since I only had 4 apples I added a cup of thawed raspberries. It’s a very good recipe for apple crisp and I will definitely be making it again!,This was wonderful. My son had requested apple crisp for Thanksgiving, but I didn’t have enough apples for both it and the apple pie. Instead, I made it over the weekend while the guys were out deer hunting. used Granny Smith (my favorite baking apple) and doubled the recipe.
