5-Minute Wacky Vegan Microwave Chocolate Cake for One,You absolutely will not believe how fast you can make the most decadent, moist, one-serving chocolate cake without eggs or milk. This is a variation of the famous wacky cake or crazy cake. It’s sooo good! You stir all the ingredients and microwave it in a coffee cup. Try it. Seriously.,Its was ok, it tastes too sweet, ”1?4 cup sugar” its way too much next time less sugar ! or Perhap i replace next time sugar by maple sirop but not too much. I did not have ”unsweetened cocoa powder” use ordinary cocoa powder. Next time use almond milk unsweetened or if not unsweetened i reduce the sugar. The problem was the amount of sugar i dont know if i reduce the amount of sugar the cake will still work or not. Next time i need to cook more time the cake. I only eat 2 spoons of the cake cuz toooo much sugar for this mug cake !,Followed recipe exactly but cake was way too liquidy and needed double the amount of flour. Not very much chocolate flavor either. I will redo this with better flavoring and proportions.

Microwave on 50% Power For 3 Minutes. (i Think Most Microwaves Are 1500 Watts, So That's About the Same as 750 Watts For Three Minutes.) I Always Have My Cup on the Rotating Plate. Enjoy! |
