Directions
7 Minute Rich and Creamy Polenta, Polenta is one of my favorite comfort foods This version comes from one of my favorite newspapers, the New York Daily News , I had never had polenta before, but since I never met a corn product I didn’t love, I ordered some medium ground polenta on line, and made this recipe, halved exactly as written O M G!!! This came out exactly as advertised It was smooth, creamy, soft, with a silly mouth feel My husband loved it, too I fried up the left overs the next day, and they were great, too Next time I made it, same result Fantastic recipe I do not recommend altering the fat or preparation at all Otherwise, go for a slower recipe with other liquids , Easy to prepare and very good even on day 2! Don’t skimp on the fat products or it won’t be what it says it is!
