Family thought this was delicious. Easy assembly and great taste. I did not add the chili powder because we do not like too much spice. All in all, a great one dish recipe.

8 Layer Casserole, This is quick and easy to prepare, makes for a filling supper, and is practically idiot-proof!, Family thought this was delicious Easy assembly and great taste I did not add the chili powder because we do not like too much spice All in all, a great one dish recipe , This was easy and very good I prepared it the night before, then set my crockpot to start while I was at work, and came home to a one dish meal! It tasted like stuffed peppers with corn added Mine took a bit longer for the rice to be cooked nicely, about 6 hours Thanks!
