Everyone loved them.,These are light & fluffy, with a delicious crispy outer crust right out of the waffle maker. It made 4-5 round waffles out of my Belgian waffle maker. I like to add a few chopped pecans to the waffle maker before pouring on the batter, for pecan waffles.

    Sift Flour, Sugar, Salt and Baking Powder Into Mixing Bowl.

    Beat Egg Yolks Well and Add Milk, Continue Beating Slowly Adding the Sifted Flour Mixture, Beating Until Completely Smooth.

    Mix in Melted Butter.

    Beat Egg Whites Until Stiff and Gently Fold Into Batter.

    Cook in Preheated Waffle Maker.
