Supper,A big game hunting buddy of my husband’s dreamed up this round steak dish. He puts it on before they go out hunting and it’s ready when they come in for supper at night. It’s very easy to prepare and can cook happily along in a crock as well as the conventional oven. It’s a great dish for people who work all day. It’s done when you get home-just slice some Italian or French bread, throw a green salad together and sit down and enjoy.,This was good and very easy to put together before going out the door. used two cans of cream of mushroom soup and didn’t add the can of water. I put this in the crockpot but only cooked it for four hours and my meat was a bit dry. It had a good taste though.,A great, easy recipe! I prepared it then popped it into the oven to cook while I was on the treadmill and the wonderful aromas filled the house. Only change I made was to add a couple cups of halved fresh mushrooms. I served it with whole wheat couscous and the results were so delicious. Happily, I have enough for lunch today! Thanks for an excellent recipe!
