Addictive Chicken, Its so good it’s addicting, hence the name. It’s easy and delicious. Serve with green beans and rice or potatoes to make a delicious meal your whole family will be begging you to make again and again. Also try using chicken wings or with fish., Ok I have loved this recipe since the day I found it. We have it quite often. But I have made some pretty major improvements on it. First off I don’t use measurements I just go by what looks right at the time. So keeping the original recipe, add in some dried cilantro, a little rubbed sage, a little tarragon, and some ground mustard. To sub out the salt use a little Mediterranean spiced sea salt. Major flavor explosion!! Tried it for the first time tonight with flounder., my family enjoyed this dish. pretty easy to make aside from having to coat the chicken pieces individually. next time i will just put the chicken in the pan, pour the butter over it, followed by the cheese and spices. also, 2/3 c butter was way too much. i had a lot leftover and will keep it to 1 stick. same for the parmesan; there was a lot leftover, enough for another batch. the mixture can easily be halved. and a tip: if you use a scanpan roaster you can just wipe it clean with paper towels and wash. i would never use any other pan.
