Addictive Chicken Tenders One Taste and You’re Addicted, I found this recipe on a low-carb site, DH is doing a low-carb diet. I modified it some and DH says the name is very appropriate. He craves this so I end up making it once or twice a week. Good thing it is easy!, Used this recipe as a guide, and it was good. Left out the Oregano, added garlic and onion powder as others suggested., Not a big fan. We cut all the ingredients in half and cooked on a rack as others had recommended. The herbs were still too strong and overpowered the chicken. I would agree that it was salty even though we cut the salt down and used unsalted butter. I would leave salt out all together. I do have to say the chicken was not dried out and it was very easy to make and that is why the 2 stars. I probably would not make again.
