Addictive Oatmeal Molasses

Features:
    Cuisine:

The taste was good but the texture was off. They were way to "puffy" for oatmeal cookies in my opinion. i like my oatmeal cookies flat. I am pretty sure the culprit is baking powder. I will try again with no baking powder and 1/2 the baking soda. I also make with just 1/2 cup of sugar and still tasted great. Not sure why American's want to add so much sugar to everything.
