African Style Broccoli, I found this on the web after searching for African recipes that included broccoli for the Zaar World Tour 2005 It was on the mom-mom website , Sorry – We really didn’t care for this , This made a pretty tasty side dish used a bag of frozen veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots) and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and it turned out great I left out the pine nuts though, but wish I had included them now Thanks for sharing

Combine Spice Mixture, Sour Cream, Vinegar, and Honey in a Bowl; Whisk Well. Add to Broccoli Mixture; Toss Well to Coat. Stir in Green Onions Just Before Serving, and Sprinkle With Nuts. |
