1 lb mexican chorizo sausage
1 lb bacon
2 heads garlic
1/4 teaspoon olive oil
2 slices bread
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
liquid, from can of chipotle peppers in adobo seasoning (for extra spice you can place one or two of the peppers in a food processor or blender and add to th)
