Agua Fresca,This thirst-quenching beverage, Spanish for fresh water, is a wonderful addition to any informal country inn menu. From Casual Cusines of the World.,used mango with this, had a glass while reading Spice Necklace about cruising the caribbean :),used a very ripe cantaloupe, 2 cups water, and 1/4 cup sugar.
