Agua Fresca Flor de Jamaica (Hibiscus Flower Iced Tea),Licuados were featured in our local paper today and this one looked so wonderful, I had to post it. Cook time is the chilling time.,I love to make and drink this. So refreshing. Thanks for the recipe.,I’ve been lucky enough to visit both Mexico and Bali over the last year and learned to appreciate chilled hibiscus tea in both places. My kids love this recipe which makes a strong purple drink that reminds me of cranberry juice. In Bali, they drink it very diluted so the flavor is delicate and they add a little lemon juice, which magically changes the color to light pink, like pink lemonade. It also stretches the flowers a little farther, much appreciated here where they are hard to get and a little pricey.
