    Alex’s Salsa, Fresh and tangy with a little kick , This is a good salsa I only used one habanero and no habanero sauce and it was still pretty hot, I thought I halved the salt and thought that was plenty, I’m glad I didn’t use more I also used less cracked pepper, which is what I normally do when it’s called for in a recipe I took it to work and many people remarked on how fresh it tasted Made for PAC Fall 2011
