Mix Together All Vinaigrette Ingredients With Wire Whisk. |

Add Pepper, Pimento and Onion to Chilled Rice. Mix Well. |

Pour Vinaigrette Over Rice. Add Salt and Pepper to Taste. |

Place in 8 or 9-Inch Pan. Press Firmly. Chill. |
