Almond Poppy Seed Muffins, I had almond poppyseed muffins at a restaurant called Yoders in Shipshewana, In a few years ago and they were the best muffins I’ve ever eaten I searched on the internet and found this recipe Not sure what site it came from I hope you like them , I did not have oily issues others did and the texture was good However, it didn’t have a lot of flavor It needs at least twice the amount of almond extract and at least one more tablespoon of poppy seeds A bit of vanilla might help too Some suggested using butter instead of oil, that might also add some flavor , Love it! everytime I have made this it’s a hit!

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

Grease, Spray, or Placed Liners in Muffin Tins to Hold 24 Muffins. |
