Aloha Meatballs, I got this out of a Fat-Free cookbook, Fat Free Living, along time ago, and I still make them every now and then This is a good appetizer recipe These are like a sweet and sour meatball Very tasty, and no one will know they are lowfat if you don’t tell them Shhhhhh!, I liked these, but was not overly impressed with the sauce I think it was the ginger for some reason I feel it doesn’t really go with this dish I would make it again, but with a different sauce , This review is just for the meatballs, I didn’t make the sauce Used white rice, 1/2 tsp onion powder and cut the ginger to 1/2 tsp They were GREAT! Very moist, very flavorful Served a pineapple sweet and sour sauce over them and they were delicious, thanks!
